I truly feel that we all have resilience and that sometimes we need a reminder of how strong and capable we really are.
I specialize in treating trauma, anxiety, and attachment issues, among other diagnoses. I utilize Accelerated Resolution Therapy in order to get long lasting and quick results when healing from trauma or other struggles in mental health. I have a passion for helping clients reach their goals towards living a healthy and productive life!
