We have a multi-specialty group of male and female therapists specializing in the areas of trauma, PTSD, addiction, family issues, couples counseling, sexual offender treatment, anger management, domestic violence, and life adjustment issues.
As a therapist group, we focus on restoring balance to daily life. It is our belief that trauma inhibits our ability to function to full capacity. Trauma reactions often create issues such as addiction, avoidance, anger, and panic. We utilize a simple method to reduce trauma reactions to triggers which creates a better balance in life, work, relationships, and self. We offer telehealth on a secure HIPPA-compliant platform for new and existing clients. All paperwork and payments can be performed via the telehealth platform.

In a stressful fast paced society, it is difficult to find a person and a safe place to share your story. With compassion and empathy, I create a safe haven for clients to tell their truth. Part of the therapeutic process is working together, in a non- judgmental way, exploring the roots of the problem and how these issues are currently impacting your life. Therapy is an excellent way to create new narratives, habits, chapters, and to heal from past memories and traumatic events. Allow me be part of your journey and help you reach your goal of coping effectively with life challenges.

We all have narratives based on past experiences, often without realizing it. The stories we tell ourselves shape our behavior, relationships, physical health & entire reality. Let's ensure your stories are accurate and supportive. Along with Narrative Therapy, I utilize multiple evidence-based modalities— all proven to relieve symptoms of PTSD, anxiety, depression, and increase self-esteem. I love working with both individuals & couples. I tell my clients all of the time, we heal within the context of healthy relationships. The most incredible breakthroughs I’ve witnessed haven't come without the courage of leaning on others.

Hey- I'm Page Graham a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in North Carolina, Utah, and Georgia; I am also a Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist in NC. As a neurodivergent therapist I have a very direct, honest, informational approach that aims to develop a genuine and collaborative partnership with my clients to reach their identified goals. I am more casual than some when it comes to my communication style- I blend coaching and therapy most of the time. While I can easily transition into "clinical mode" using words and phrases specific to the therapeutic world-I prefer not to.

As a therapist, my goal is to help families, couples, and individuals improve their personal relationships. This is achieved through gaining an understanding of others' emotions and why they react the way they do to various situations. Then, being willing to make the changes needed to be able to connect and trust their partner or family member. When the storms arrive, each will then know how to comfort themselves, and others; this happens synergistically. Synergism means that each person complements the other and enhances their performance; together, you are energized through the art of working in harmony. Come give it a try!

Chelsea holds advanced training in couple therapy (EFT). She understands the negative pattern that couples get stuck in that quickly takes over their relationship; those moments when you say something clearly to your partner and they hear something completely opposite of what your intentions were and before you know it, we are in a fight. Chelsea helps couples to understand those patterns and help to not get stuck in them. Individuals who are seen at her practice, understand distress in their lives and are able to make sense of it and find the tools to move forward in a way that feels right for them.

My clinical interests include working with teens and young adults, mood disorders, eating disorders, LGBTQ+ topics, and difficulty adjusting to life’s challenges. Additionally, I am very passionate about issues that affect women such as infertility. The most effective therapy is holistic and is a customized therapeutic experience that celebrates each client’s unique perspective and story. I work with clients to support them in reclaiming their life in a way that allows them to honor who they once were and make space for who they want to become.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works from a humanistic approach through a trauma informed perspective. This means I recognize how your past experiences impact you each day, and that trauma may have shattered your concept of self, other people, or the world. I will work to help you change how you experience emotions, instead of just eliminating or reducing them.

Female Therapists

Does it matter what gender my therapist is?

In general, this is not an important factor, as there is no relationship between a therapist’s gender and their efficacy. Some clients, however, prefer to see therapists of a particular gender, whether due to their own past experiences with men and women, or ingrained beliefs about how people of different genders think and behave. Exploring the roots of such preferences and considering what one wants to address in therapy can help someone determine whether their therapist’s gender truly matters to them.

Should I see a female therapist?

Many people—not just women—prefer to see a female therapist, either because they believe that a woman will be able to relate to their specific challenges (for example, sexism in the workplace) or because they imagine feeling more comfortable disclosing sensitive information to a woman. Such beliefs may not turn out to be accurate, however, and adhering too rigidly to a gender preference can at times hinder a client from finding the best therapeutic match.

Do therapists get specific training to help with women’s concerns?

Therapists are trained to provide care to clients of any gender. However, some therapists—both men and women—may pursue additional training in feminist therapy, gender-specific issues, or women’s mental health. Female clients may wish to ask prospective therapists whether they have received specific training in the client’s primary area(s) of concern, or whether they have worked extensively with women on issues similar to their own.

How can I inquire about a therapist’s experience in treating women?

It’s OK—even encouraged!—to ask a therapist directly whether and how often they have treated women in the past, or whether they have treated women dealing with the client’s most prominent concern(s). Competent therapists will be happy to share their educational background, preferred treatment modalities, and prior client experience to help an individual find the therapist best suited to their needs.
