I am a licensed clinical social worker, working with individuals, couples, families, children, and adolescents. I use interactive play therapy with children, I teach cognitive therapy (CBT) skills as well as dialectical behavior skills (DBT). I have also been trained in EMDR, which is specific to trauma treatment. I use these and other therapeutic interventions to assist my clients in improving strategies to better regulate emotions, tolerate and work through emotional distress, confront and change faulty thinking patterns, develop healthy boundaries, and improve communication patterns. Problems don't just go away, it takes work, courage, and a strong heart.

Life can feel overwhelming when you’ve been through too much for too long. Whether you're carrying trauma, processing grief, or feeling constant anxiety, it’s hard to make space for healing when everything feels so heavy. You may feel misunderstood, emotionally exhausted, or unsure of how to move forward — especially if you're neurodivergent or don’t quite fit the mold. You’re looking for a space where you can feel seen, supported, and safe.

Many clients tell me they struggle to keep up with life's demands, can't shut their brain off, or have mood symptoms that don't go away despite taking medications. These clients usually suspect they have ADHD, but they aren't sure what to do. I hear the same thing from trauma survivors and couples: they don't know how to change things, but they don't want to feel the way they've been feeling anymore. Military spouses and servicemembers often struggle to find someone who understands the unique challenges they face. All of these clients want new tools in their toolbox to live the life they want and not feel so stuck.

I was told my whole life that I was too much. Turns out that's what makes me good at this. I work with LGBTQ+ individuals, people in faith transitions, and neurodivergent adults — ADHD, Autism, all of it. Everything we do starts with your nervous system — understanding your triggers and patterns so you're not just white-knuckling through life. You'll leave knowing yourself a little better, carrying a little less, and actually enjoying being you again. You don't have to earn an A in therapy. You don't have to say the right things, impress me, or even be sure this is what you need yet.

Hi, my name is Adam. I've been intrigued by people and the reasons behind our thoughts, words, and actions from a very young age while experiencing a mixed race home and witnessing adoption, educational exchange, and foster care. My interest in becoming a therapist was likely developed then, although I didn't realize it until later in life. The most rewarding part of being a therapist is witnessing others realize new levels of personal fulfillment and happiness they didn't believe existed, or hadn't seen for a while. Seeing someone's eyes light up with understanding and growth is both profound and deeply fulfilling for me.

I'm Stephanie. If you’ve been living in survival mode, managing anxiety that won’t let up, depression that drains everything, or relationships that leave you feeling invisible — you’re not stuck. You just haven’t had the right tools yet.  I use neurofeedback, DBT, and trauma-informed therapy to help people stop just surviving and start living. I’ve been doing neurofeedback since 2009, and it’s one of the most effective things I’ve seen for anxiety, depression, and emotional regulation. You don’t have to keep white-knuckling it.

I specialize in creating a space where patients can feel safe to share who they really are and what they are experiencing. This allows them to naturally become aware of changes they want to make and gives them support as they explore those changes. I am honored to be invited to accompany patients on their healing journey and feel deep respect for those courageous enough to engage in the process of healing and changing their lives.
