Feeling stuck? Like things aren’t changing? Wondering if your relationship with your spouse or partner will ever improve or if you will just continue in the same cyclical patterns? You might be feeling lonelier than ever as you wrestle with these questions quietly in your heart. You wonder who you can talk to as everyone around you seems to be biased in someway. You know you need a space to think your own thoughts and figure this out for yourself. Or perhaps you struggle with crippling anxiety that has lead to some avoidant behaviors. Either way, you know you want to regain your confidence and feel better.

Hi, I’m Kelly. I believe therapy should feel like a safe exhale, a place where you can set down what you’ve been carrying and know you’re not alone. My style is warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative, and I’ll always meet you with compassion, curiosity, and zero judgment. You might be carrying the weight of past hurts, constant worry, or grief. Maybe a big life change has left you feeling overwhelmed. You could be a parent seeking support for your child, a teen figuring out who you are, or an adult wanting to feel more like yourself again. Whatever brings you here, you’re looking for a space to breathe and feel understood.

You feel stuck — in your relationship, in your body, in patterns you can’t break. Maybe you and your partner stopped really connecting. Maybe shame around intimacy has been quietly running things for years. Maybe something painful happened and it changed how you show up in relationships.  That stuck feeling isn’t permanent. I specialize in couples therapy, sex therapy, and trauma — helping people untangle where past hurts show up in present relationships. Whether you’re coming with your partner or on your own, this is a space where you can finally be honest about what’s really going on.

I believe therapy should feel like a place where you can finally take a deep breath. It’s okay to feel messy or stuck. You don’t have to have it all figured out right. now. Here, you can show up as you are, without judgment. With compassion and empathy, we will witness and understand your story, unpacking how you got here and finding where you want to go. Through this witnessing, we will find a truer, more secure, authentic version of yourself, living on your terms and showing up wanting more from life than maybe what you are getting now.

Hi, I'm Bailey. Maybe you’ve been thinking about therapy for a while — but something keeps stopping you. Maybe it feels too big. Here’s the truth: most of my clients are surprised it’s not scary. I’m warm, direct, and I’ll probably make you laugh. I specialize in teens, young adults, and anyone whose brain works a little differently. I also offer neurofeedback — a brain-based tool that helps with focus, anxiety, and regulation without adding more to your plate.

I am so glad you are searching for a counselor that will fit your needs. I am a counselor who is a single mom of two adult children who has experienced many challenges. I have experienced many difficulties, and with a good therapist, I have overcome many obstacles. I have personal wisdom along with my official training that lends itself to helping those who may have experienced domestic violence, abuse, sexual assault, and drug addiction. Like me, everyone has a story to tell that deserves to be heard. It is the telling of these stories that can be the start of the healing process.

I choose to focus on your strengths and desire to collaborate on your care to use methods that best work for you, including: CBT, DBT, ACT, and EMDR.
I once had a client use the analogy of fixing a car to describe therapy: therapy isn't the mechanic you call to fix your car, but rather the toolbox you use to address the car's issues to run again! If you find yourself ready to learn how to address your patterns of fear, anxiety, and depression, I am here to offer you guidance, skills, and a nonjudgmental environment where change and transformation is possible. My focus is primarily on women and how experience has shaped them.

If you’re struggling with obsessive thoughts, constant worry, or overwhelming anxiety, you don’t have to figure it out alone. I’ve spent over a decade specializing in the treatment of OCD and anxiety disorders, helping hundreds break free from the anxious cycles that keep them stuck. I use only gold-standard, evidence-based treatments like Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Exposure Therapy, both specialized forms of CBT proven to be the most effective approaches for OCD and anxiety. These therapies are structured, goal-oriented, and designed to give you a clear path toward recovery. This is different than just talk therapy.

Acceptance and Commitment (ACT) Therapists
How does acceptance and commitment therapy work?
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy encourages a person to listen to their self-talk. A person’s inner dialog can be indicative of how they treat themselves. ACT also encourages self-compassion; this can lead to a better understanding of negative thought patterns and emotional states. This understanding can then lead the individual to needed behavior change.

What are the goals of acceptance and commitment therapy?
The goal of acceptance and commitment is to expand a person’s psychological flexibility, a trait that encourages an individual to live in the present moment and to accept all their thoughts, feelings, and emotions, even ones that are difficult such as sadness and anxiety. In ACT, this acceptance is congruent with the individual’s values and beliefs.

Does acceptance and commitment therapy work for depression?
Acceptance and commitment therapy is effective for depression because it allows the individual to view their discomfort and suffering differently. Depressive feelings about relationship heartaches, for example, are a part of life. A despondent person learns to let go of their struggles and instead view their painful thoughts and feelings with compassion. This will lead the individual toward positive change.

How long are people typically in acceptance and commitment therapy?
A typical acceptance and commitment therapy session is 50 minutes long with one session per week. Treatment for common problems such as anxiety, depression, or relationship difficulties can last between eight weeks to four months. However, more severe cases may require more than one session a week and/or a longer time frame for treatment.
