Accepting New Clients! Immediate openings, book instantly through my website for Telehealth option only. I’m a trauma‐informed therapist who believes healing doesn’t require perfection—just honesty, compassion, and a willingness. Most of the people I work with are strong and exhausted from carrying more than anyone realizes due to ADHD, anxiety, depression, and PTSD/CPTSD. Clients often tell me they appreciate that I’m real, relatable, and not the kind of therapist who just nods silently. I show up fully. I help you connect the dots. And I hold space for the parts of you that have been working so hard for so long.

Physical tension, existential fears, mood swings, chronic stress, problematic habits and relationship patterns can all come from unresolved events (traumatic or otherwise). As long as these events remain unresolved, those struggles will continue. Maybe you've tried self-help books, coaches, or therapy before, but they felt like just another polite conversation or useful information that doesn't seem to actually spark change. You want to understand what's happening, why, and do something about it, not just be validated and change nothing.

I prioritize trauma survivors (women & men) and women recovering from anxiety, chronic pain or narcissistic abuse.
I deliver my strongest results for high-achieving professionals, most often women and niche service providers, navigating complex, male-dominated transactional industries. You have built a strong public persona to survive in those spaces, but at what cost? My practice offers a rare dynamic: a formidable, safe male presence. Leveraging my background in Law (JD) alongside clinical mastery, our sessions are a haven of discretion where you can drop the performance. We don't dismantle your armor; we restore the woman behind the armor who is tired of carrying the emotional load for others who can't appreciate her needs.

Many individuals first come to my office feeling “stuck in the muck”, overwhelmed, burdened, hurt or alone, while others are seeking a witness to their pain and suffering, are in a state of immense life changes, or are experiencing challenges after surviving a traumatic event or a lifetime of traumatic exposure.
From the very first session, we learn and practice tangible takeaway skills for coping and thriving outside the therapy room. These skills are unique to you, as I am trained in multiple modalities to get us there. Particularly, I find mind-body approaches instrumental in healing trauma via a “bottom up” approach.

Others lean on you, while inside you feel worn down by stress, trauma, shame, or chronic pain.
If you’re usually the one people go to, you’re in good company here. Many of my clients are therapists and helping professionals who understand the work, yet feel worn out from trying to figure it all out on their own. We focus less on learning more, trying harder, or increasing coping, and more on nervous-system shifts using ART, EMDR, and Brainspotting.
