You can be doing everything "right" and still feel like something is missing. If that sounds familiar, I'd love to meet you.
Therapy with me is a collaborative process. We slow down together, figure out what actually matters to you, and build practical tools you can use in real life, not just in session. I'm here to help you not just cope better, but actually feel more like yourself again.

I believe every person carries an innate capacity to heal, even when circumstances feel overwhelming or impossible to navigate. Healing doesn’t mean forgetting what you’ve been through—it means learning to live fully in spite of it. If you feel motivated to make meaningful changes in your life but currently lack the tools, support, or resources to get there, you are in the right place. It would be an honor to walk alongside you as you reclaim your sense of strength, clarity, and hope.
