Hi, my name is Jeremy! I am interested in helping people dealing with trauma, PTSD, ADHD, anxiety, and depression. My goal as a therapist is to understand the full story of the people I meet with - you are the expert of your own life, and I try to honor that at every stage of therapy. I will work collaboratively with you to help you achieve your treatment goals! I have the most experience working with trauma symptoms related to abuse, such as domestic violence and sexual assault, and am prepared to help with any of my listed specialties.

As we navigate this human experience, it would seem that the only thing we can count on is change. Change can come in the form of major life adjustments such as employment, death and loss, deployments, school, being pushed outside of our comfort zone, as well as a variety of other circumstances that can turn our world upside down. What is important to remember is that you are not alone, and there is support to help you navigate through these challenging times. I am here to support you on this journey, and allow you to find solace and closure where needed.

My philosophy is based on the belief that each client has the ability to control his or her own destiny. I believe that each client has the resources to provide their own purpose, direction, and motivation in order to achieve happy and successful lives. I practice evidence-based treatments aimed at solving the client’s problems over stand-alone coping skills. My therapeutic approach includes cognitive and behavioral changes in addition to values based and existential therapies.

I am a therapist because I believe everyone deserves to be truly seen, heard, and healed. Life might have taught you that you are unworthy, incapable, or unable to experience peace. I hope to guide you through your journey of healing and growth. I believe that the resources you need to find that peace and healing are inside of you–after all, you know yourself and your needs better than anyone. Pornography is a subtle, quiet issue that can grow into a full blown addiction if left alone too long without help. I specialize in sexual addictions including pornography. I have years of experience working to help and support those struggling to find effective ways to recover.

I'm pretty chill, but will push clients when needed. I enjoy helping others figure out how to live the life they're in and work towards the life they want especially when life isn't going as planned.
