I received my Bachelor’s Degree from Brigham Young University and my Master’s Degree from COAMFTE accredited Alliant International University, which is the highest MFT accreditation in the nation. I am a Certified Emotionally Focused Therapist and utilize that with couples, families, and individuals. I have worked in a variety of clinical settings including community clinics, LDS Family Services, an inpatient psychiatric hospital, and private practice. I work with couples, families, and individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, marriage problems, divorce, and blending families among other things.
