Hello! I’m Ursula, supervised by Monica E. Williams LPCC 8952. As an associate therapist, I emphasize a therapeutic relationship to explore and heal deep-rooted issues like trauma, shame, and compulsions for self-harm. Recognizing that self-destructive behaviors provide only temporary relief, I work with clients motivated to address the underlying causes of pain and self-sabotage. I recognize loneliness has become an epidemic, I aim to support clients through those hard feelings of isolation by strengthening mind-body wholeness, self-esteem and self-worthiness, and mindfulness strategies.
I incorporate the development of mind-body awareness to support trauma recovery through the use of somatic techniques. Through my training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Psychodynamics, my goal is to help clients achieve enhanced intimacy, self-confidence, emotional resilience, and overall life satisfaction.
