About
I provide a friendly, honest, non-judgemental therapeutic space with a combination of talk therapy and expressive techniques to engage the areas of challenge and celebrate the character strengths that make you unique. Art Therapy is offered to explore a visual way using sand tray, drawing, journaling, collage, painting, or imaginative play. This safe space offers therapeutic support to children, teens and adults with a primary focus on symptoms including anxiety, depression, life transitions (loss, illness, divorce/separation) and self identity exploration affected by trauma, circumstance, orientation or non-conforming individuals.
Each client is seen as unique for their goals, strengths, and challenges. Together without judgement we: Examine the values that guide your current choices and roadblocks to goals. Rediscover the strengths that have gotten you this far or have helped in the past. Create a new positive self image and map to desired outcome. Celebrate gains achieved.
One of the best gifts anyone can provide is making us feel seen, heard, and understood or valued. Sometimes it is ourselves we are at war with and sometimes it is our family member or partner we are worried about. We all strive to be our best self and to live happy but sometimes that means getting support. Reach out for free no obligation consultation today.
