Not accepting new clients
Currently accepting clients for telehealth Mondays & Tuesday afternoons - - Ursa Major Counseling is for my fellow highly sensitive stargazers feeling less-than-stellar in this insensitive world. Being a highly sensitive person (HSP) is kinda like The Force: very lightside/darkside. Lightside: you're perma-sentimential, people’s vibes write you novels, you have the kind of intense emotional connections that they write songs about. Darkside: you're exhausted from hustling to please everyone & get it perfect. You somehow feel both never enough & too much. You have the kind of intense emotional connections that they write songs about.
I help sensitives & strangelings experiencing mental health & addictions issues make peace with their sensitivity, harness their superpowers & find their north star. I’m tender with your darkest places & deepest wounds & still (gently & with permission ofc) call you on your shit. Because sometimes ships need a harbor, sometimes the open ocean.
Prioritizing our HSP selves can feel like stealing from the people we love. I do all I can to make therapy work for your busy life & remind you that it's ok to need this & do this for yourself. I offer online self-scheduling. Come wander my website to learn more & request a free 30-minute video consult. Take the HSP test: hsperson.com/test/highly-sensitive
