My name is Jane Kearney, I am experienced working with individuals who are transitioning from divorce, having relationship issues, experiencing depression, high anxiety levels with racing through and grief. I know It is hard opening up to share you deepest thoughts and emotions to someone you don't know, if so, this is the place you are lead to be heard, seen, and feel an energy of connection to address past and present problems.
Services include: Cognitive Behavior Therapist, Solution-Focused, and Mindfulness to help clients identify their triggers that cause depression, anxiety, and stress. The skills and techniques provided are design to help individuals cope with their anxiety, depression and life changes. Also, create boundaries for themselves to become balance from within
