My name is Jane Kearney, I have worked with women transitioning from divorce, grief, adults suffering from childhood traumas and children ages 4-17 with behavioral and defiant disorders, ADHD, suicidal ideation and self harm. I am very present to listen to hear, comprehend, and understand what the needs of the clients are for self healing.
The skills and techniques that are provided have helped many people to cope with anxiety, depression, and life trauma. I use Cognitive Behavior Therapist, Solution-Focused, and Mindfulness to help clients identify there triggers, create boundaries to become balance and peaceful from within.
