Are you grappling with a new diagnosis? Are you unsure of the traits, behaviors or thinking patterns associated with autism? Do you struggle with identity, masking, advocating or burnout? Learn supportive and restorative practices that support identity, connection and advocacy regarding autism. But mostly just connect, share and regain sense of self. Group settings are small and focus on practical practices. Tuesday evenings at 6:45pm. $50 per session. Meetings are 3 weeks on and 2-3 weeks off so you can integrate. ADHD Strategy Building Hybrid Group
Our active weekly ADHD group, which also welcomes AuDHD individuals with combined autistic and ADHD experiences, is focused around very specific areas that meet the needs of participants. These include reducing social anxiety and building connectedness in social and intimate connections; increasing motivation around routine activities; and organizational strategies for decluttering/cleaning. The group also addresses relational trauma and attachment issues. Group is three weeks on/two off. Contact for additional information.

Co-Dependency & Relationship Stress
Are you taking a back seat in your relationship as you see the same patterns playing out over and over again? This process group offers support and an opportunity to learn hands-on skills to navigate such challenges. Learn basic brainspotting/mindfulness coping skills that you can use at home to promote problem-solving and stress management. Process attachment wounds, family dynamics and narcissistic abuse. Meet 2-3 times in individual sessions for fit and to determine goals, then meet your therapist individually, as needed. Sessions are 90 minutes.
