Bienvenido and greetings! I'm glad that you're here. Are you tired of carrying the weight of depression, anxiety, trauma, and grief? If so, I may be the therapist for you. I especially work with first- and second-generation Americans, as well as individuals who struggle with facets of biculturalism. These individuals have to navigate complex pressures, establish personal boundaries, and resolve their identity conflicts between their home culture and American society. I utilize evidenced-based practices in order to help build confidence, learn communication skills, and overcome mental health stigmas.

Although my speciality is first- and second-generation teenage and adult Americans, I address a wide variety of concerns, such as trauma, grief, depression, anxiety, and high parental expectations. I enjoy utilizing DBT and CBT skills, as well as identifying and changing harmful thought patterns.

Life can feel heavy when you’re carrying the weight of anxiety, depression, trauma, or grief. In our work together, you’ll have a comfortable, nonjudgemental space where you can find your voice and work towards healing. Please note that I work with both English-speaking and Spanish-speaking clients. Also note I have a Golden Retriever and he's a good boy!
