Bienvenido and greetings! I'm glad that you're here. First off, I get asked a lot how to pronounce my name (Your- I- Us). Now that that's out of the way, let me start by sharing my approach to therapy within my first session possibly with you. I attempt to provide a warm comfortable client centered environment for all and also utilize evidenced-based practices in order to help build confidence, learn communication skills, and overcome mental health stigmas. I work with clients with an array of presenting symptoms having worked for a rapid response team serving people from different walks and ages of life.

I address a wide variety of concerns, such as trauma, grief, depression, anxiety, and high parental expectations. I enjoy utilizing DBT and CBT skills, as well as identifying and changing harmful thought patterns and behaviors. I offer a free consolation to see if we would be a good fit to help guide you on your mental health journey.

Life can feel heavy when you’re carrying the weight of anxiety, depression, trauma, or grief. In our work together, you’ll have a comfortable, nonjudgmental space where you can find your voice and work towards healing.
