Fatima Ali is a bilingual (English, Urdu) Licensed Associate Professional Counselor (LAPC) with more than 2 years of experience. She also has experience working with clients dealing with a variety of struggles like depression, anxiety, suicide ideation, relationship issues, self-esteem, trauma, grief, and loss. Fatima works with children, adolescents, and adults. She has also worked with survivors of domestic violence and sexual abuse locally and internationally (Pakistan). Fatima graduated from Marymount University with a Master's degree in Clinical and Mental Health Counseling.

My goal is to support and empower people to live optimally, achieve wellness, and individual goals. I believe that counseling is a dynamic and holistic process, and I strives to promote unconditional positive regard, empathy, congruence, and respect in every counseling setting.
