Hi-Oh ! Welcome to Urban Gathering where here we support you in navigating Men's issues ! We help you execute clear concise communication within yourself and with those around you to show up and own your space. We work with leaders in providing a space to unload and process in support of their work, Military veterans and acclimating to career or family life , the neurodivergent and strategies for increasing executive function abilities , and those impacted from trauma or currently suffering from PTSD.
We start with using a strengths based prospective taking what you already do well, asking the right questions, to then formulate goals that align with where you are going. We use how your feelings, thoughts, and actions work together; ways to help you regulate your emotions; examine if & how trauma impacts your routine and individualize your support.
We are dedicated to the work of owning our authentic selves. We would be honored to join you on your journey.
