In seeking therapeutic support, your body has already begun the healing process, and I hope you realize how courageous it was for you to take this first step. This is where I come in: I specialize in counseling adult and teen women, but I help people of all ages navigate their way through their inner and outer worlds, empowering them to meet whatever comes their way to make the choices that are right for them.
I use mindfulness-based interventions, CBT, anxiety-reducing exercises, play therapy, and plain old talk therapy (very powerful!) to get to the root cause of challenges you are experiencing. In the therapeutic session, these interventions are super-charged by our relationship because I offer you my undivided attention with love and compassion.
