Our mission is to bridge the gap between access to quality care and the need for therapeutic support in the Hudson Valley. Upstate Therapy Group encourages you to bring all of the different parts of yourself to therapy, even the parts that might not be so comfortable to share. We get it. We respect the multi-layered, many meanings of the human condition and are dedicated to helping you understand yourself more deeply, allowing you to experience more freedom, joy, and creativity in your life.
Some people reach out for support after a significant life event, like the loss of a relationship, a career change, taking on a new role as a student, a parent, or partner. Many people start therapy when they realize their habits or patterns are not working for them anymore and they'd like to find a way to live with more ease.

We take a collaborative approach to decide which type of service feels right for you and which therapist is best suited to fit your needs.
