Every individual is an unfolding story. Yet few of take the time to figure out what our story is about, who's writing our script, or how the challenges we face can help us develop strengths we need to move to the next chapter. As an intuitive, holistic therapist, I help people find their authentic voice so they can reclaim their personal narratives and express their needs, values, and gifts in their personal and professional relationships.

I take a personalized and creative approach to self discovery and problem-solving that is respectful of each person's unique situation and strengths. My modalities include talk therapy, Internal Family Systems (IF), Focusing, CBT, Imago, the Enneagram, tapping and mindfulness.

If requested, I use techniques from my book "Step Out of Your Story: Writing Exercises to Reframe and Transform Your Life." As a spiritually open-minded therapist, I also help individuals wrestling with spiritual/religious issues clarify their beliefs and find a balance between personal integrity and connection to community.
