About
As a mental health professional, I want to assure you that it is completely normal to feel overwhelmed and lost at times. It is important to recognize when you are struggling and to seek help. It is not a sign of weakness to ask for support, but rather a sign of strength and self-awareness. There are many resources available to help you, including therapy, support groups, and self-care activities. It is never too late to start taking care of yourself and to work towards a happier and healthier life. It may be difficult to make the first step, but trust that it will be worth it in the long run. You deserve to feel better and to live
Using client-centered therapy, meaning the therapist serves as a facilitator and guide, helping the client explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences in a safe and supportive environment. I use a variety of techniques and interventions, such as active listening, reflective questioning, and empathy, to help the client better understand themselves.
As your therapist, I understand that it can be difficult and overwhelming to confront the negative thoughts and feelings that have been weighing on you. I offer a safe and supportive space where you can explore these challenges without fear of judgment. My goal is to help you learn practical skills that you can use to navigate through difficult times.
