Licensed professional mental health counselor with experience in both a private and community mental health setting. Personal and professional history includes great exposure to a diverse set of life experiences and clientele. My therapeutic approach is person centered with an emphasis on compassion, mindfulness, somatic interventions, and cognitive behavioral techniques. The counseling relationship will be used to explore your life (physical, mental, spiritual) and discover your own unique solutions to any problems you may be facing.
