I also work with adults with anxiety, depression, anger management, PTSD, addictive behaviors, grief, loss, and bereavement. I use The Gottman Method for marital and Prepare-Enrich for premarital counseling. I use CBT to work with clients to achieve harmony, especially in depression and anxiety. I meet clients where they are emotionally, and together we explore their life according to their comfort level to bring healing.
