I am qualified to work with families to reduce conflict, and communication skills. Also, work with people to reduce negative symptoms of Bipolar. I have experience in Christian Therapy which is effective for persons who are spiritual in nature.
I specialize in anxiety, depression, and post-traumatic stress disorder. I use various therapies, depending on your symptoms such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Solution Focus Therapy.
