I have been working in the mental health/ substance abuse field for many years. As an LPC, I have worked in various outpatient settings providing individual therapy. I hope to develop short term/ long term achievable goals in collaboration with clients who are willing to change behaviors. While change is scary for most, clients understand the benefits of making changes in their thinking and lifestyle. If you find yourself stuck in where you are in life, now is the time to reach out for guidance. I believe most people have answers to their questions within. I would like to help assist to reach those solutions.
My primary method of treatment is CBT ( Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) which means I help clients to change negative thought processes as well as behaviors, which ultimately leads to a change/improved mood.
I'm currently accepting clients for evening weekday appointments and Weekend mornings/afternoons.
