My ideal client is an adult seeking a space where they can finally breathe and be themselves. They may be navigating trauma, anxiety, identity exploration, or the complexities of non-monogamous or LGBTQIA+ relationships. They seek clarity, stability, and a deeper sense of self. They are looking for a therapist who understands the impact of lived experience, systemic stress, and personal history. Most of all, they want to feel seen, supported, and empowered to create meaningful change in their life.

Growing up in a household where "mental health wasn't real", I understand the complex feelings that come with wanting to put yourself first but also being used to shrinking yourself to fit into others' expectations (especially family). If you've ever asked yourself, "who even am I?" or "what do I actually want?", I can help. Navigating struggles such as self-esteem, family conflict, boundary setting, or simply finally needing the support you constantly give to others is exhausting, and it's time to let go. I'm going to be real with you, therapy is hard work, but figuring out this living-on-a-flying-rock thing takes some extra help.

As a Counselor's counselor, I specialize in working with clinicians, caregivers, and parents navigating nontraditional family dynamics, as well as those burdened by emotional and mental labor who have reached a breaking point. Having walked this path as a survivor, educator, parent, therapist, and creative, I’m here to help you find ways to live more freely and less burdened, with a focus on Empathy, Empowerment, Autonomy, and Resolution. I often use narrative approaches to assist clients in restoring their experiences and developing a sense of agency and control, particularly in the context of past traumatic experiences.
