Inner work is lifetime work, and I enjoy joining my clients on their healing journey of growth and change. I am continually in awe of the brain-body connection and our inherent ability to heal. I work from a psychodynamic perspective, which means I help clients understand their emotions, thoughts, beliefs, and values in order to gain insight to their behaviors. My approach is person-centered, so I work at your pace and you are the one making decisions for your life and growth.

I have worked predominately with clients experiencing symptoms of PTSD, depression, anxiety, bipolar, addictive disorders, and personality disorders. I have a background in wilderness therapy and experiential treatment and love to introduce creative, alternative modes of expression to my clients, including yoga movement, narrative, and outdoor based therapies (walk and talk).
