Classes will resume September 2019. Learn how to cope with the "busy-ness" of modern life by engaging in Buddhist Meditation & Mindfulness. Create an inner space of tranquility free from the turbulence of everyday demands, without abandoning your ordinary life. Meditation helps; Increase positive states of mind, Reduce stress & anxiety, Experience greater contentment & well-being, Improve concentration, Improve relationships, Maintain greater physical health, Find & fulfill the meaning of life.
