Hello! Thanks for taking the time to visit my profile. Whether you are looking to heal past hurts, create better relationships or set a vision for your future I can help. I have helped individuals and couples through each of these stages of their journey. My goal is to offer expert, compassionate care to help you navigate the challenges of your life. I have extensive training and experience in treating relational trauma with individuals, couples and families. I use Family Systems Therapy, IMAGO Relationship Therapy, Brainspotting and EMDR to help you experience healing and change.
Fear and uncertainty are normal when beginning therapy. How did I get here? Will this get better? Why do I keep experiencing this? These are questions that linger for most of us. My goal is to assist you in finding the answers to these important questions.
While technical expertise is important, I value my relationships with clients the most. In fact, research shows that the type of therapy used is of secondary importance to a trusting, attuned connection between client and therapist. My focus is to create that type of relationship with each client.
