Pregnancy, TTC, birth and the postpartum period can be exciting and exhilarating, but they can also come with challenges, fears, worries, anxiety, depression, stress. If you have found your way to my profile, you may be experiencing some challenges, and looking for help is a great first step! I provide a non-judgemental "soft landing" and the opportunity to work together to support your journey to motherhood (including fertility issues, pregnancy loss, pregnancy termination, ambivalence, joy, fear). I support all kinds of family constellations, gender identities, and cultural experiences.
I am a therapist with many years of experience working with women who are having a challenging time around pregnancy, childbirth, and new motherhood, and have a PMH-C certification (certification in perinatal mental health). I am a licensed clinical social worker in San Francisco. I currently see folks living anywhere in California, providing online therapy
In addition to my specialization around perinatal issues, I am a career changer, having spent over 10 years in the tech sector before graduate school. I am well versed in the experience of women in the tech center, and bring this understanding to our work, as well.
