Many of my clients are artists and creative professionals. My specialties include helping you to have more fulfilling relationships, expand your creativity, overcome addictive patterns, develop your self-esteem, and experience greater personal growth.
My approach involves Existential Humanistic therapy, relational and attachment theory, The Work of Byron Katie, and EMDR for trauma relief. I also use principles from my time teaching meditation and mindfulness practices. By bridging Eastern and Western perspectives on healing, I provide an approach that is both grounded and effective.
As you become more intimate with your experience moment to moment, you live a fuller and more creative life on your own and in relationship. This growth extends far beyond issues you bring into therapy, and becomes a new and more embodied way of being in the world.
