I provide a warm, safe place for my adult clients, one of validation, empathy, and empowerment. I specialize in issues related to depression, anxiety, self-esteem and identity, boundaries, assertion, relational problems, phase of life transitions, race and oppression. Together, we can strengthen your relationships, mood, coping skills, and decision-making.
This will be a space to take off the mask. There’s a misconception in many cultures and communities that therapy is not a practical tool.
