Groups
Jewish Strength and Resiliency Group
This is an open process-group for Jewish men and women in the New York area (and beyond) who are searching for a truly accepting and "safe space" - in which to share their experiences of Jew-hatred and anti-Semitism which have sky-rocketed beyond any acceptable standard in recent years. The aim of this group is to empower each other by processing our shared experiences of Jew hatred, while accessing the true resilience that lies in our collective spirit. Because we cannot wait for the psychological community in New York to authentically recognize and heal our specific Jewish traumas.

Standing Against Anti-Semitism Support Group
A counseling group specifically focused on psychologically supporting Jewish men and women traumatized and affected by the countless acts of rising anti-Semitism in New York City, and all surrounding regions. This group is a true and authentic "safe space" where healing transpires between those that have been negatively harmed by acts of anti-Semitism and Jew hatred, and is process-oriented in nature. The group also invests in the learning of various coping-strategies rooted in our ancient Jewish wisdom traditions in order to support those healing and thriving in an atmosphere of hate and violence directed towards Jews.
