I love working with individuals, couples, and families on strengthening relationships, anxiety, trauma, parenting, and faith/spirituality. I believe I have a lot to offer based on my lived experience as a military spouse, mother, biracial woman, former educator, and Christian with Jewish heritage, and of course solid skills from incredible training.
