This 4-week telehealth program is geared for Black men to explore grief, intimacy, attachment, and mental/physical health in a supportive space. Sessions address societal and cultural pressures, systemic barriers, and personal challenges through guided discussions, reflective activities, and practical tools. Participants will redefine strength, build emotional awareness, and develop strategies for self-care and resilience. Each session fosters community, empowering members to heal, connect, and grow while addressing unique struggles often overlooked. With structured homework, resources, and peer support, the group promotes sustainable personal growth, self-empowerment, and the ability to uplift others within their communities.
