I specialize in treating partners who have suffered relationship betrayal through infidelity, sex addiction, intimacy avoidance issues or any kind of addiction. These couples face unique challenges in their healing. In my work with couples and individuals, I teach behavioral techniques, coping skills, and communication skills to promote healing in areas of betrayal, trauma, low self-esteem, depression, anxiety, lack of intimacy or anger issues.
Your counseling experience will be designed to incorporate your culture, personality, desires, goals, and dreams. I am able to address issues pertaining to past or present trauma, marital issues, sexual addiction, intimacy issues, relationship betrayal, co-dependency, boundaries, communication, and issues experienced by the family of a first responder.

These groups currently meet via telehealth. The women in these groups are primarily healing from partner betrayal, partner betrayal trauma, and the effects of living with a spouse with an addiction, sexual addiction, pornography addiction, intimacy avoidance or attachment issues, or emotional abuse.
