Maryland location is in person ONLY! I provide support for children and teens who are struggling with anger, stress and self-esteem issues. Individual sessions will help youth to recognize unhealthy patterns, learn new skills and process feelings. Parent sessions will help to educate parents on the tools that the youth have learned and to provide psychoeducation. Family sessions are provided to help youth practice skills and for the family to make change and strengthen the family dynamics.
