I will never claim to know exactly what it is like to live the life you’ve lived (as we’re all so unique!), but I will do my best to hear your story in the way you want it to be heard. Together, we will work as a team to identify, understand, and challenge the things that keep you feeling stuck. I aim to help my clients cultivate self-compassion and develop coping and self-regulation tools that can be accessed no matter what life may throw their way. My experience is primarily in working with complex trauma, anxiety, disordered eating, and LGBTQ+ issues.

At Happiness Hill Counseling Services, I offer quality mental and behavioral health therapy for adolescents and adults, with a focus in the treatment of substance use issues. By utilizing a variety of therapeutic interventions, I offer services that allow clients and their families to overcome the stresses and challenges of life to improve their daily functioning.

Emotional and behavioral challenges in childhood and adolescence affects the child and rest of the family unit as well. Caregivers often find themselves heartbroken while they watch their child struggle through issues they wish they could take away, and if the child is acting out behaviorally, it is common for caregivers to even feel hurt and confused. I offer therapy services for children ages 3 and up, as well as adults and families for the diagnosis and treatment of emotional, relational, and behavioral concerns, as well as offer support services and psychoeducation to their caregivers and other family members.
