Humans have the ability to enjoy life, be happy and overcome challenging situations. Sometimes we get stuck in the process of discovering our sources of pleasure, fun and relaxation, and when that happens, we suffer; in those moments it seems like the pain will never end. However, we have strengths that are yet to be discovered. I am a licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 10 years of experience. I am bilingual, in English and Spanish. My mission is to help you find the strengths to support growth, empowerment and healing, mentally and physically.

My goal as your therapist is to help you achieve peace with your past and develop healthy ways to cope in the present. I have 7 years of experience providing individual and group therapy. I am trained in EMDR (an evidence-based approach to addressing trauma, grief, loss and negative thinking). I am also fully trained in CPT (a specific type of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for PTSD). In addition, I utilize CBT essentials, motivational interviewing, and various other therapeutic interventions as well as a 12 step informed approach to recovery. I provide a safe, empathetic, supportive environment where you can feel comfortable.

Currently taking new clients. I am a Licensed Certified Social Worker who can meet with clients in the state of Massachusetts. I have worked in psychiatric hospital settings and health centers leading clinical treatment groups as well as individual sessions with adult clients. I specialize in helping clients who are dealing with symptoms of anxiety, depression, low self esteem, and chronic stress. I am also a bilingual therapist. I can offer sessions in Spanish when needed. I am currently working at Ray of Light Wellness LLC as an online mental health therapist allowing me to reach more clients in need of services.
