As a licensed professional counselor with specialized training in generalized anxiety and perinatal mood disorders, I am equipped to support individuals facing a range of challenges, including anxiety, depression & stress. During sessions, we work together to identify unhelpful thought patterns & anxious thoughts to replace those with positive steps forward
