Unbridled Counseling helps clients to find growth through multiple approaches to therapy. We offer traditional talk therapy, equine therapy, ART (Accelerated Resolution Therapy), drama therapy, art therapy, telehealth, and outdoor therapy. Our practice treats eating disorders, trauma, anxiety, depression, infertility, parenting, ADHD, autism, couples/families, OCD, grief, and pre/post natal support. We also offer lower cost/sliding scale sessions with interns to reach more of our community. We treat families, couples, kids, teens, and adults with a variety of specialties. Our therapeutic influences come largely from emotionally focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, ART, somatic based therapy, equine therapy, internal family systems, and dialectical behavioral therapy. Working from a systems perspective, I recognize the power of relationship in promoting change. I work with individuals, couples, families and groups.
With a lifelong passion for horses, I have seen and experienced the impact that working with these animals can have on one’s emotional health. Equine Therapy is effective in treatment for many client challenges such as OCD, neurodiversity, eating disorders, anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationships.
