Living with chronic illness or disability can affect far more than your physical health, it can impact your sense of identity, your relationships, your energy, and how you move through the world. Many people I work with feel exhausted by having to explain, minimize, or push through their experience alone.
I also work with people exploring identity (including LGBTQ+ and queer experiences), processing trauma or medical trauma, and noticing long-standing patterns in relationships or emotional responses that feel difficult to change.
I offer a steady, collaborative space where you don’t have to perform or have everything figured out. We slow things down and make room for what you’ve been carrying, emotionally, relationally, and physically. Rather than trying to “fix” you, our work focuses on understanding your patterns, building self-trust, and creating more capacity for ease.
