Hi! I'm Una.
I specialize in working with children, adolescents, and adults who are diagnosed with ADHD/Autism or are exploring diagnosis. I use a strengths-based, solution-focused approach that is built upon a foundation of connection. We’ll work on building practical tools for executive functioning, rebuilding self-esteem, and managing the anxiety and depression that often come with being neurodivergent in a neurotypical world.

I specialize in working with neurodivergent patients and their families from early childhood to late adulthood. Whether it be working towards diagnosis, understanding your brain and associated symptoms, holding space for the beauty and the difficulty that is the neurodivergent experience, and/or finding strategies to manage symptoms- I can help.
