As human beings, we all struggle with difficult life issues that cause us anxiety, depression, anger management issues, grief, loss, separation from loved ones, and a myriad of other emotional and psychological problems. Difficult issues that leave you feeling scared, alone, helpless, trapped, etc. are the issues that I can come along side you and help with. My philosophy of healing and treatment is integrative and client defined; meaning there are no "cookie-cutter" methods of therapy that work the same for everyone. You are an individual and as such, you deserve to be helped in a way that your heart, mind and soul can heal itself.
I specialize in a trauma-informed care approach and work with many diverse cultures. I have no specific population or age preference because we are all valuable and have many of the same needs. I have specialized training and/or experience using CBT, EMDR, PCIT, CPP, Play therapy child maltreatment, and sexual abuse. I welcome individuals, groups & couples.
