I enjoy helping adolescent and adult clients go beneath the surface to gain a deeper understanding and promote healing of the concerns that lead them to therapy. I believe in the importance of exploring the brain-body connection with those I work with to improve brain health, and ultimately mental health. I have specialized training in working with individuals who have experienced traumatic events. My training also includes working with juveniles who have committed sexual offenses.

I have experience in a variety of settings; residential treatment, guidance and counseling K-12, and outpatient mental health. I completed level 3 Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapy. I've been married 30 years, have 2 children, one with ADHD, and been a foster parent. I incorporate whatever spiritual beliefs my clients hold into their healing process.
