I enjoy helping adolescent and adult clients go beneath the surface to gain a deeper understanding and promote healing of the concerns that lead them to therapy. I believe in the importance of exploring the brain-body connection with those I work with to improve brain health, and ultimately mental health. I have specialized training in working with individuals who have experienced traumatic events. My training also includes working with juveniles who have committed sexual offenses.

Anxiety and depression are the most common mental health issues but are also highly treatable. Many individuals I work with also have issues with sleep, self-esteem, stress and isolation.
