Ongoing therapy group designed for adults who are interested in exploring their relationship to others in a group. Group often mimics our family of origin and participants are encouraged to talk about their present awareness of thoughts, feelings, and body sensations. This therapy support group is for gender expansive teens and those teens questioning and exploring their gender. In group, reflect upon current thoughts and feelings, receive support and feedback regarding your emotional and interpersonal struggles. Specific guidance and expertise will center around exploring gender identity and expression in affirming ways. Parents of Gender Expansive Teen Group
This therapy support group is for parents of gender expansive teens and supportive of their process in understanding and building connection with their child. Parents will reflect upon current thoughts and feelings, receive support and feedback regarding their emotional and family struggles. Specific guidance and expertise will center around supporting teen's exploring gender identity and expression in affirming ways.
