About
We use evidence-based approaches to teach skills and empower clients to build a life worth living. Our clients are looking for help with many different challenges, including depression, anxiety, PTSD/trauma, substance use, life transitions, and relationships. We work collaboratively with our clients to identify their therapy goals and develop a plan to meet those goals.
Services are provided by PhD students learning to be psychologists. They are supervised by licensed psychologists. Because we are a training clinic, we maintain a small caseload and each client receives in-depth consideration.
We welcome clients from all backgrounds. Treatment fees are set to ensure that mental health services are accessible regardless of income. We are always happy to talk by telephone to see if we are a good fit for your needs.
