If you are a highly sensitive woman or empath who struggle to find balance and peace in your life, let's talk. Being a highly sensitive woman myself and having counseled hundreds of sensitives and empaths over decades in private practice, I feel confident that I can help you thrive and find your peace.
In addition to traditional talk therapy, I also offer equine assisted services incorporating horses in your healing process. This is a powerful and highly effective form of therapy where you will interact with horses for personal insight and behavior changes. This includes individual therapy, retreats and educational workshops. We can also do art together!
