I utilize an eclectic approach to counseling to meet the unique needs of individuals to support them to work toward their goals. These evidence-based approaches include Mindfulness-Based Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I can support parent-child relationships for certain families using a framework to therapy called Child-Parent Psychotherapy. In addition, I draw from my knowledge and insight of the Three Principles; Mind, Thought, and Consciousness.
I work with adults, children, and families. I have experience in supporting a range of individuals such as pregnant and new mothers, college students, professionals, young children, and more.
