I am a therapist who works hard to provide a warm trusting environment with clients where we can understand, explore difficulties and negative patterns in their lives. We work together toward identified goals, making lasting changes, and getting more productive, fulfilling and meaningful life. . My attention working with clients not only to help with their immediate symptoms but also with recognizing underlying issues.

I've seen the powerful changes that therapy can create in individuals' lives, and I feel honored to be a part of each of my client's journeys. I try not to supply my clients with answers, but I help my clients to find their own answers, since I believe every person knows what is best for them.

Currently accepting new clients. We are a team of dedicated therapists working to address mental health concerns through high-quality psychotherapy, in south Minneapolis and via telehealth. We value honesty, compassion and a genuine presence in the work and in relationship with you. While we work with a wide range of concerns, areas of focus include anxiety, depression, relationship and intimacy concerns, trauma, identity exploration, grief/loss and self-esteem. We provide individual and couples therapy, and work with children (ages 7+), adolescents and adults.
